Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to promote banking loan products to customers
• Understand customers’ financial needs and introduce suitable loan solutions
• Follow up with potential customers and handle enquiries professionally
• Achieve sales targets and maintain good service quality
• Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, beauty sales, luxury sales, telesales or customer service is welcome
• Candidates with experience in banking call centre, telesales, loan sales, credit card sales or lending companies will be an advantage
• Teller / banking frontline candidates who are interested in sales roles are also welcome
• Good communication and selling skills
• Target-driven, proactive and willing to learn
• Good command of Cantonese; basic English and Mandarin would be an advantage
