Luxury Retail Brand Marketing - AM to Senior Manager
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (5-Day Work Week)
Core Focus

HQ Collaboration: Partner directly with the Singapore corporate office to execute impactful local market campaigns.

Omnichannel Growth: Own the end-to-end marketing ecosystem across digital, social media, ATL, and BTL platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Drive Brand Equity: Elevate local market share and protect corporate identity across all consumer touchpoints.

Commercial Launches: Spearhead rollout plans for new product arrivals in compliance with regional standards.

Experiential Marketing: Oversee high-profile media partnerships, corporate sponsorships, pop-ups, and large-scale roadshows.

Fiscal Control: Manage the annual marketing budget, audit monthly vendor costs, and report on campaign ROI.

Trend Analysis: Monitor competitor movements and emerging digital tools to keep the brand ahead of market shifts.
Critical Requirements

Background: 5+ years of dedicated experience across brand management, digital strategy, or event execution. (Luxury retail experience is highly preferred).

Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a business-related discipline.

Skillset: Proven track record in stakeholder management, agency briefing, and cross-functional project coordination.

Attributes: High agility, creative mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
