Insurance Company - Distribution and Governance (welcome people from corporate banking)
Description
Job Responsibilities
- Support distribution governance and sales control activities in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist in monitoring sales practices, licensing status, and distribution compliance
- Maintain and review governance records, documents, and data reports
- Prepare regular management, compliance, and distribution reports
- Coordinate with sales, compliance, operations, and internal stakeholders
- Support internal reviews, audits, and regulatory requests
- Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related disciplines
- 3-4 years relevant experience in finance, distribution support, governance, or compliance
- IIQE Paper 1 & Paper 3 preferred
- Basic knowledge of regulatory and governance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Well‑organized, responsible, and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
