Salary: HK 28K below x 13 Months + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnering: Act as a strategic HR partner to understand business needs and deliver effective HR solutions across designated business units.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle talent acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.

• Employee Development: Facilitate internal talent engagement, support employee development programs, and ensure smooth implementation of corporate HR policies.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor degree holder or above is required.

• Background: Minimum 3–5 years of solid Human Resources experience. Prior experience working in sizable corporations or MNCs with a solid understanding of structural HR workflows is mandatory.

• Stability: A stable career history with no jumpy profile track record is strictly required.

• Languages: Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must to coordinate within an international environment, along with fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.
