Salary: HK$25,000 – $35,000 x 12 months + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Complex Investigations: Handle advanced Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk and complex cases.

• Risk Management: Perform deep-dive AML/CDD risk assessments on client portfolios.

• FCC Reporting: Draft comprehensive Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and suspicious activity reports.

• Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all checks strictly follow brokerage regulations and internal compliance policies.

Critical Requirements

• Experience: Solid AML, CDD, or EDD experience within a Bank, Securities firm, or Investment Bank.

• Expertise: Strong knowledge of brokerage regulations and experience handling complex/escalated cases.

• Education: Degree Holder.

• Preferred Certs: Professional qualifications like ACAMS, AAMLP, CFE, CFCS, or Series 7 are highly preferred.
