Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, presenting, probing, penetrating, and post-service activities.

• Connect with assigned channel partners and client prospects to achieve sales and profitability targets for new business.

• Provide sales support to channel partners and clients, enhancing their overall experience.

• Foster and strengthen relationships with various channels and client segments through regular visits, meetings, training sessions, and seminars.

• Handle channel partners’ and clients’ enquiries and complaints

• Work collaboratively with other teams, departments and eMPF for taking on of new clients and delivery of service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance, Business or related discipline

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry, insurance agent or banking RM are also welcome.

• Pass in the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Examination or pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination (HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or equivalent)

• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
