Salary: HK$34,000 – $37,000 + Bonus (Negotiable) 

Work Schedule: Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Mortgage Processing: Handle end-to-end mortgage loan operations and drawdowns.

• Compliance: Review loan documents to ensure they meet banking guidelines.

• Internal Coordination: Work with credit and legal teams to clear loan files.

Critical Requirements

• Experience: 3–6 years of bank back-office mortgage operation experience is mandatory.

• Exclusion: Candidates with only Teller/CS experience will not be considered.

• Education: Must be a University Graduate.
