Description
Full-Time Customer Service Officer (Kwun Tong)
Salary: Average HKD 21,000–22,000 (21–22K)
- Working hours: 5 days per week (Mon–Sat; 5 days including 8.5 hours per day). Sundays are guaranteed off.
- Base salary: HKD 19,700 per month, paid for 14 months
- Location: Kwun Tong

Requirements
- Form 5 or above; fresh graduates are welcome (but relevant work experience is required)
- At least 6 months of work experience (customer service preferred; retail experience is also acceptable)
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required

- Ground handling, hotel, aviation, tourism, telecommunications, or call center experience
