Job Responsibilities

• Handle account opening documents for personal and corporate banking accounts
• Review and verify CDD / AML related documents
• Follow up with customers for missing or additional documents when required
• Support daily back office operations and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure all cases are handled in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of CDD / AML experience in banking or financial institutions
• Candidates with experience as GBO / Universal Banker / Branch Banking staff are welcome
• Prior exposure to account opening, customer due diligence, KYC, AML or compliance documentation is preferred
• Detail-minded, responsible and able to work independently
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
