What You Will Do

As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Flexible Staffing, you will be managing fast-paced, high-volume talent solutions for corporate clients.

• Client Relationship Management: Understand the immediate, agile hiring needs of corporate clients across various industries (Banking, Tech, Luxury Retail, or FMCG).

• Candidate Sourcing & Management: Leverage job boards, social media, and networking to build a pool of reliable contract and temporary professionals.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire cycle from CV screening and interviewing to onboarding and contract signing.

• Account Operations: Oversee contract extensions, payroll coordination, and candidate care to ensure a seamless experience for our flexible workforce.
