Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of full‑time Property / Facility Management experience
  (Bank property experience not required)
• EAQE / Estate Agent’s License is preferred
• Degree in Property‑related disciplines is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Handle marketing and leasing of bank‑owned properties
• Support property acquisition and disposal activities
• Conduct basic market research and rental analysis
• Liaise with real estate agents and tenants for leasing and renewals
• Manage tenancy administration and tenant enquiries
• Prepare and check leasing documents (offer letters, tenancy agreements, reports)
• Coordinate with internal teams on leasing and property matters
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property / Facility Management, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property or facility management
• EAQE license is an advantage
• Knowledge of relevant property ordinances is preferred
• Customer‑oriented with good communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
